With over 12 years of combined experience in construction and management, the team brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to every project. Herman Rai, a Mechanical Engineer who graduated from the University of Toronto, developed a love for construction early on when he built his first custom home. Since then, his passion for creating exceptional spaces has only grown. Vick Warya, a Mechanical Engineer from the University of Ontario, and a former university basketball player, discovered his love for construction after completing his first real estate flip in Toronto. A hands-on individual, Vick brings energy and precision to each build. Amarinder Dhillon, an HR graduate from Humber College with a background in finance, grew up around the construction industry and shares a deep passion for building. His experience in finance and human resources ensures that Ashrivers Group operates efficiently and delivers on its promises. Together, this trio is committed to creating homes that are both functional and beautifully crafted, ensuring each project exceeds client expectations.
